  This was a beautiful hotel. The view is magnificent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are really nice and unique. They are very organized and professional and very friendly. Close to everthing but still not in the middle so you get some peace and quiet too! Takes about 3 minutes to walk up to the main street!   Everything about the hotel was excellent. Location, easily top 5 best views in the world. The infinity pool with the Caldera and Volcano behind is simply breathtaking. All of the staff were fantastic. Helpful, polite, they did everything they could to make us feel like royalty. Loved the champagne on arrival, the ipod on the room, the breakfast loking over the caldera.
