The room we stayed in was enormous and very stylish. It was also comfortable. One of the best value rooms I have ever had. The car parking arrangements were unusual with a lift in the middle of the courtyard. It was lucky we did not need to use the car as the situation was good - within walking distance of the city. Staff were pleasant.
We had to find a place to park in the street to check in (and pay at a meter) as the garage door was closed. Breakfast was very good - apart from the queue for the coffee machine!
Nice hotel, room for 4 is large and spacious, even a feeling that the space is used inefficiently, but the cost per day is very expensive. Breakfast is quite simple.
Far from the subway, it is difficult to find without a map.
Breakfast was amazing! Room was very spacious and accommodating for 4 people! Would highly recommend anyone to go here, especially families!

Convenient location, close to Marienplatz, museums and a lot of good restaurants. Also right across a supermarket. Friendly and helpful staff, a big selection for breakfast which includes coffee and tea, breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, and seasonal fruits. Room was clean, decent sized, and has a nice view.
Good location around the arts & university district. Close to a large park and underground transport system. Some nice traditional aspects to the hotel
The bathrooms are a bit small.
Very spacious four bedroom. Nice contemporary design furniture. Shared nice balcony. Very good location. Close to metro stations and many cafes and supermarkets.Very friendly staff.
Sink drainage was sluggish.
Good breakfast, very good position of the hotel, about 10 minutes from the town centre, nice staff and the best quality/price radio.

Wonderful value for the money. For 80 euro a night we stayed in the "new" building, and were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our suite. The included breakfast was nice - wide selection and great service. Lastly, the location was wonderful - away from the "touristy" area, so we were able to enjoy Munich like the locals, but very close to the u train (and within walking distance to Marienplatz) to easily connect to the tourist sites.
If anything, the minor construction and renovations being done outside our window in the courtyard.
You can make yourself tea of coffee during day.
excellent and very polite staff clean rooms. young friendly stuff working. comfort rooms. delicius breakfast one of the best lemon or chockolate cakes I have ever tasted. nice neighboorhood near to U station, univercity, galeries and historical center. excellent bar restaurands very close. A super market acrooss the street. I would love to stay there again!!

When you grt into the room you get a surprise. Very welol decorated room, excellent bathroom and the breakfsast was very good!!!!. The tables and the porcelaine were excellent!!!
The security, you arrived at night , opened the front door and anyone could take your key of the room.
I like absolutely all of Das Hotel! It has been very nice time. You just must to fix up the main door lock, it's open all night long!!!

Room was clean, breakfast was fantastic, locatioon was good and hotel was safe
difficult to find, address listed is not the actual address of the hotel... the hotel is across the street from the address listed, closer to 39 Turkenstrasse. Construction began promptly at 7 am
Room was far too hot and now way to cool down.
The reception staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed in the new building which was seperate from the breakfast and reception building. Room size was large.
Breakfast area was disorganized and cluttered. Coffee machine was not attended by the staff. Room furniture was not well designed or functional. Bathroom was poorly designed and inconvient to use.
Location is good and within walking distance, the street is covered with antique shops and coffee bars, nice location though full of construction sites.
The room given to us was unacceptable with a shower from second world war era. Asking for a proper room we had to add more money and get a room which was better but not clean. The entire surrounding is under construction and it shows. Pitty no one mentioned that while booking. Some of the staff, especially the matured are nice and pleasant and helpful, the young dont seem very comfortable with english. Breakfast is not presumptious but fair. Problem is parking.
