  Good customer service, very friendly most of the time. The hotel is located within the city centre where most transport such as bus, taxi and train can be easily accessed. It is also surrounded with a lot of restaurants and pubs. - Very kind and helpful staff; when we had trouble with paying with my VISA they figured out how to do so.

  I loved staying at the hostel! It was very modern and very clean. The staff were so friendly! My room was with 6 other girls and very modern too. Nice bunk beds and with privacy screens.
