The host Christian was very welcoming and had lots of information about
Munich for us. The apartment was perfect for our stay I.E. clean, in a
great spot and all the facilities we needed to be ccomfortable. -
Christian (the owner) is very attentive and kind and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying yourself.

Posizione strategica, 7 minuti da Karlsplatz. Camera grande, pulita, con arredo moderno. Angolo cuttura utile per bere un tè o un cafè ( forniti). Bagno grande con una doccia spaziosa. Vicinissimo alla stazione centrale della Metro "Hauptbahnhof", camera moderna e funzionale con bagno grande finestrato, angolo cottura mai utilizzato ma comunque comodo per qualsiasi evenienza, signore alla reception molto disponibile, parcheggio a pochi metri dalla struttura coperto (10 € al giorno!!!)

The apartment was good for 3 travelling together. 1 double bedroom
and a living / sleeping area with 2 bathrooms. It was
spacious, comfortable and within walking distance from Marienplatz
and Hauptbahnhof. Kitchen facilities were adequate (no sink plug)

It was an excellent location just off the main shopping street in Munich. We were two underground stops from the main railway station and in walking distance of many of the attractions. The staff were friendly and the rooms were large, with a separate kitchen and bathroom. We slept three people comfortably. Self laundry facilities were available. The reception and other staff were very friendly and helpful.

you can walk for the central train station and go anywhere....but you are in downtown and can visit almost everything by foot! nice coffees and markets at the next block. the one room apto is a reversable living/bedroom. Bed is ok, sheets too. Pillows are very thin.... Towels are slightly old... and small. You need to pay for cleaning the room (2

Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard. Nice little bar for a cheeky beer after a busy day. Public transport ans a few restaurants all in walking distance. Really enjoyed our city break here.

The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.
