  The host Christian was very welcoming and had lots of information about Munich for us. The apartment was perfect for our stay I.E. clean, in a great spot and all the facilities we needed to be ccomfortable. - Christian (the owner) is very attentive and kind and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying yourself.

Parcheggio a 100m a 10 euro al dì (non è tanto, considerando i prezzi dei parcheggi in centro: min. 2,5 euro/ora) Proprietario cordiale e gentile. Assolutamente con... cosa dice la gente » sigliato. - Vicinissimo alla stazione centrale della Metro "Hauptbahnhof", camera moderna e funzionale con bagno grande finestrato, angolo cottura mai utilizzato ma comunque comodo per qualsiasi evenienza, signore alla reception molto disponibile, parcheggio a pochi metri dalla struttura coperto (10 € al giorno!!!)

  This is our second time staying at the Hotel an der Oper and we chose it again for its excellent location. It is located very near the Hofbrauhaus (and other eating & drinking places such as Augustiner and Hard Rock), which are all very easy to walk to. Also, it is only a 3-5 minute walk to Marienplatz (which is another good location). Most of the top sights of Munich are right nearby. The same is true of many of the best restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful with reservations, including getting us excellent seats at a very popular performance of Rigoletto, which was right around the corner. They also selected and reserved a perfect restaurant for our first night in the city. Very nice!

The apartment is a quick 4 metro stops from the main train station & easy to find. The place was clean & comfortable, with great wifi. There were delicious chocolates, free coffee & tea, and spices for cooking. It was about a 30 minute walk to the city center, but the metro could also be taken to get you there much quicker.
