Posizione centrale - This is a great hotel to stay at in Hamburg. It has a cozy feel, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake. There is also a metro stop very close by, and it's a 10 minute walk to the Reeperbahn, however, it's far enough away to not

Good customer service, very friendly most of the time. The hotel is located within the city centre where most transport such as bus, taxi and train can be easily accessed. It is also surrounded with a lot of restaurants and pubs. - Very kind and helpful staff; when we had trouble with paying with my VISA they figured out how to do so.

I asked for a ketchup and they offered me a "bavarian mustard" (which is in general not included in breakfast). The mustard was great and they gave it to me the next day without asking.
