Wonderful! The place is cool, quiet, and very confortable. The view from the balcony overlooks a pleasant backyard. The kitchen is small but offers everything you need, including a washing machine. The apartment is in front of a beautiful park and 15 minutes walk from Alexander Platz.
The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is in a great location with the park and cafes nearby. The balcony enlarged the space and provided a nice view over the gardens at the back. It was a quiet apartment in a lively area.tutti gli commenti dei clienti »

The apartment is actually split into two apartments with a shared kitchen. This was not a problem for us as we were out much of the time and our neighbours were also out. Nice kitchen though.
- the curtains in our apartment let the light in in the morning, it was quite hard to sleep well.
I didn't like the bed (which was also a sofa). Got a bad back the
very first night I slept there. It was not comfortable at all. We
couldn't make the tv work as it was a Mac and it was in German. The
room was not very spacious.
