Wonderful! The place is cool, quiet, and very confortable. The view from the balcony overlooks a pleasant backyard. The kitchen is small but offers everything you need, including a washing machine. The apartment is in front of a beautiful park and 15 minutes walk from Alexander Platz. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is in a great location with the park and cafes nearby. The balcony enlarged the space and provided a nice view over the gardens at the back. It was a quiet apartment in a lively area.
