Where to start?. Staff 5* + deserve a special mention. Nothing too much trouble for them - from a drop of fresh milk to detailed directions for wherever we wanted to go. The restaurant & bar suggestions espcially good. Lovely hotel, clean & well located. Loved our visit & intend to return in the spring.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. They couldn't do enough to help! Beautifully furnished room. Excellent bathroom facilities. Tea and coffee making facilities. Lift for my elderly mother made access to all parts of the hotel easy. Good value buffet style breakfast. Easy return to the motorway for onward travel. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. View to the sea, beautifull gardens, quiet, good restaurant, personel helpfull and friendly as well as flexible, room confortable with side sea view, access to the beach and to the St. jean de Luz bay is only 5 minutes walking mostly on pedestrian area. We had a wonderfull time, wish we could have stayed longer! -

Hotel was very quiet with just a couple of other guests. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Short walk to centre of town. Breakfast very good. Room very good but bathroom was quite small. Spotlessly clean. - Great place to stay, well located, excellent rooms and facilities.

La cortesia e la professionalità del personale - The central location and the cleanliness of the room and hotel were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. - It's a really nice place to rest a bit, with charming environmental even fot our wallets ;). It's close to the village typical atractions.
