Staff very friendly and kindly! When we arrived, the man at reception
gave us a map and orientations about the city. Also we asked about a
specific route/tour and he immediately searched on internet to help
us. The room was not very large, but ok and with enough space for us (as
well as the toilet/bathroom). The bed was large and very
confortable.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the old city and within easy walking distance of the main historic sights of Arles. the reception staff was very friendly. The young gentleman who greeted us spoke very good English and he helped carry our luggage up two flights of stairs! We really appreciated the air conditioning in our room, because it provided a cool oasis from the heat wave outside and allowed us to have a great sleep! Lovely small seaside town, with all amenities within easy walking. Older style hotel fairly basic but a friendly atmosphere. Our hosts were very helpful with a reasonable knowledge of English. The hotel is situated very close to the centre of Aix-en-Provence. The
staff was very helpful and nice. I asked for some hot water to make
myself a tea on a couple of occasions and my request wasn't
refused, which is often the case in the hotels with only two stars.
There was also no problem with having our luggage stored once we
checked out in the morning. The room had a little terrace with a lovely
view. I wouldn't recommend taking a cheaper room with the view onto
the road...

Albergo molto caratteristico, con stanze strutturate in forma di mini-appartamenti a piano terra che guardano su cortile interno con piscina. A dir poco incantevole. A tre minuti a piedi dal centro del caratteristico paese di Saintes-Maries, e poco più dal mare. Personale molto cordiale. Lo consiglio anche per via della zona, per chi cerca luoghi

piccolo e confortevole albergo e vicino al centro del paese e alle spaigge, gestito da un cordialissimo signore di origine italiana sempre disponibile a fornire informazioni sugli itinerari e sui luoghi di maggior interesse.
Le camere sono discrete ma pulite e confortevoli.
Consigliato a chi vuole un posto non troppo formale ma comodo e pulito.
