We chose this hotel for two reasons: we were en-route to Switzerland, and this hotel had a secure garage and was ideally located for the motorway.   The hotel appeared to either have been completely renovated, or was new. The room was immaculate and gave the impression of having been never, or rarely, used.   Very clean rooms, convenient location and very friendly staff. Meals were excellent, if a little pricey, especially the wine. We took 70 and 80 year old couple and they also loved it. However, the booking system failed to pass on to the hotel that we needed one disbled access room.   The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful giving us plenty of information and assistance. We parked on the street and could see our car from the hotel window. Walking to the champagne houses and taking tours was wonderful. We will return again and stay in the same place. I was impressed at the outset with the friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us and were very happy to do it. Can't say enough about them really. This made the stay. I believe the breakfast was great, but we did not do breakfast with our full days so can't really comment.

Hotel has a small swimming pool which was a welcome "cool off" in the 32 degree Reims sunshine.
