The location was excellent for exploring the Normandy area. We were very close to Utah Beach and Omaha Beach, which was the main reason for our visit. What a special place for Americans! The hostess and host (English fluent) were gracious, friendly, good humored, and very attentive to all our needs and quirks. It was wonderful to have a gourmet community kitchen to cook a little supper, and they brought a sumptuous breakfast to our own quarters. The room design has every convenience and comfort; with beautiful and impeccable taste. Plus a really, really darling couple. What could be better?

Absolutely the place to stay in Bayeux. We were upgrade to a suite which
was beautiful, but noticed that the standard rooms well equally as
lovely. Breakfast was excellent and reasonable...particularly when
compared to hotels in Paris. This hotel should be first on your list
when staying in Bayeux. -

Large room with rustic feel inside what felt like a castle. It was two
twin beds pushed together to make a king but that didn't bother us
since the beds were pretty comfortable. It was a good location (if you

Beautiful B&B in the Norman countryside. The rooms were spacious,
free wi-fi, free parking, and a huge breakfast. Good location for
touring D-Day sites. Located in the British sector. A 15-20 minute drive
to Bayeux; approx 40 minutes to Omaha and Utah Beach. There are no
restaurants in the village of Meuvaines; however, there is a wonderful
restaurant about 1 km away in the town of Crepon and a few restaurants
about 2-3 km away in Asnelles. The countryside is absolutely stunning!

Very "country French" -- newly remodeled, private bath, and
charming, comfortable bedroom. Excellent, plentiful breakfast; Vincent
even cooked us eggs and bacon to accompany the smorgasbord. Best thing:
his dinner! (He will cook if his guests request it.)

Very friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff. Everything is nice and clean. A good value for the money. Realistic advertise of the place and no bad surprises; just as expected! I would definitely recommend it for a couple of days stay to visit the Mont Saint Michel and the region. -

We absolutely loved the location. It was about 6 miles outside Bayeux
and only 10-15 minute drive to Omaha Beach. The staff is very friendly,
though a couple did not speak great English they made a point to help us

Wonderful host, whose home made French bread, croissants and apple turnovers are to die for! Lovely breakfast. Good internet connection.
