The chalet accommodation was lovely, everything looks brand new and it is cosy and attractive, with a large bedroom upstairs and a seating area downstairs. The breakfast was very nice (apart from the coffee), with fresh breads and a good selection of items.

The hotel is beautiful. It was much nicer than the pictures showed. The only rooms available were the junior suite and after we saw it we were so glad we paid extra for it. The room was beautiful and large and worth the extra price. Everything at this hotel is pristine and reaps with French charm. We plan to stay here when going to Alsace.

It is a delightful, and thoroughly comfortable country relais in a
beautiful farmland setting. The courtyard dining area is charming and
the food delicious. The modern rooms carved into the old house were a
treat. The staff were marvelous.

We have booked a superior room in this hotel as a stop over for 1 night. Nice spacious room with balcony on the backside. Nice beds and bathroom was ok. Good restaurant. Friendly staff. Breakfast was also very good.

L'ami Fritz was a gem. Ottrott is a strategically located village for exploring the Alsace Wine Route as well as the Vosges Mountains. There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.
