Very clean, modern hotel - room a little small and a slightly strange shape but suited our purposes. Nice to have a pool. Staff quiet but helpful when asked. The best thing was the location - just a few minutes walk from the wonderful medieval city complex. -

We love to stay in this apartment as the room is spacious with many kitchen equipments (except water boiler). My dad could take care of himself with cooking tools while my mom and I were not around. It is very convenient for travellers who like to focus on old historic city as it is only some minutes away but make sure you need to be fit to climb

Space. It was pretty big the apartment for my famility to stay (couple + 1yr old baby + 3 yrs. old child).
The location was perfect. Very close to the castle.
The access is very good to go walking. Not recomended to go to the castle with the baby trolley but this has nothing to do with the hotel/appartment.
Very very good price/quality ratio.

all rooms have this available apparently). 1 block away at the park is a
bus for 1 euroor the petite train for 3 euros to take one to the castle.
Bnp ( Bank of america bank about 3 or 4 blocks away). The hotel is 1
block from the train station right across the canal and my room was
nicely quiet.

Visited in May by car. The reception staff was genuinely warm and helpful. Request a room with a view of Carcassonne. At night the fortress is bathed in soft light. Ignore the parking lot of the empty mall below and focus instead on the sunset to the right of the chateau. On our May night, the sky became more glorious every 10 minutes for a good

The hotel was very well situated for a comfortable 15 min walk to the Old City. For those who cannot walk to far, there is the local tourist train that leaves from the doorstep and takes you directly to the Old City. The hotel was a typical French hotel. We opted for this hotel as we
wanted something that wasn't like every other hotel chain. Quirky
and very different from your chain hotels. Our room was quite big for a
French hotel and the decor was as we expected. We stayed in room 23. The
breakfast was French as you would expect and all the staff were polite
and friendly.
