We had an apartments on the first floor - it was big enough even for 3 guests. It was really like-home stay. Very cozy, nice, clean and comfortable. All the staff was really friendly and ready to help. -

Very helpful front desk executives.
They guided as well in how to go about local sight seeing, arranging taxi service etc. Rooms and toilets are clean and the kitchenette is very convenient as we could cook foods on our own choice. Metro, tram and supermarkets are close which helped us lot. The seine river is just 50 meter walk distance. A small e

A wonderful room with kitchenette, clean, and spacious. Had a balcony to
sit outside and enjoy the afternoon sun.
While the location isn't near the main tourist attractions, it is very close to Tolbiac metro. The area is local and not overpriced, adjoining Chinatown. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. -

The room is clean and not too small (as usual in Paris). Small kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is clean and large. The residence is not far from metro station "Bastile" (2 min. walk) and from Gare de Lyon (5 min. walk). -
WiFi available close to metro, stores, opera house.

Loved being in the heart of things - next door to the moulin rouge, in
an area of paris that never sleeps. We were four storeys up with a full
length balcony, so could watch everything from our apartment.noise was
not a problem as he apartments are double glazed. Despite some Paris in
the springtime snow, the apartment was warm and cosy. We enjoye

Location: in the middle of a lively area that stays awake throughout most of the night (hotel is adjcent to Moulin Rouge), it is also 50m from an entrance to the metro. Still at night, if the windows are shut - the room is quiet and cozy.
Size: it is certainly not large, but compared to other places at this price range we managed (with 5/8yr old kids) perfectly well inside - anything more may become an issue!
Everything inside seemed to work fine, we even managed to cook one meal :)
