  All of the staff members were very friendly and had cheerful attitude. They helped with everything and randomly offered us hot tea or coffee at anytime of the day.   Great place to stay, breakfast really good and plenty of it. Very accommodating for family's. Lots of hot water and room/whole building very warm. Area very close to Paris Nord 10euro taxi ride or 15 min walk. Metro in Paris not very kind to strollers if traveling make sure you take at 'quicksmart' or small stroller. 15 min walk to Notre Dame, als... cosa dice la gente » o 2 playgrounds within 5-10 mins walk. - Location was good for our purposes with easy access to the Metro and train stations. I very much appreciated the tiny balcony with the view of Montmartre - especially at night. The staff were cordial and helpful.
