The staff is extremely friendly and helpful,we arrived very late at night but he waited for us,carry the luggages for us and removed his car from the parking space to make one for our car! The hotel is very delicated and beautiful,you can enjoy the strong mediterranean elements.It a fair good location,it takes 5 mins to drive to the city center.Moreover,good price in Nice during summer peak season.

A wonderful location - about 5 minutes from a small and relatively quiet beach and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front into the old town.
The welcome couldn't have been warmer and the room was very comfortable and clean. Being able to sit in the lovely garden to read and have breakfast was a real added bonus.
If we return to Nice we will gladly stay at Villa Leonie again.

Super location: It is in the direct line between the railway station and the beach. We can easily walk from the station to the hotel (5 minutes with a down hill) and then walk down to the beach (8 minutes maximum) to enjoy the beautiful sea view. A supermarket is just one block away. I highly recommend it if you want to use Nice as a base to travel to nearby cities like Cannes and Monaco by train. Nice, small, recently renovated hotel in the center of Nice. The way to the sea and to the main station is about 10 min. The room was clean and big enough for 2 persons. The staff was outstanding - helpful, friendly, spoke English; the room was clean and comfortable; if you like to walk in cities, explore neighborhoods, this is a good choice. Not in tourist area but near museums and a healthy walk to the waterfront area. We really enjoyed our stay here. -

Cortesia, cordialita', comodita' e qualita' globale. - E' posizionato bene, è semplice ma nel complesso discreto, tranquillo e soddisfacente. Ho usufruito di un'offerta speciale booking con prezzo scontato, se però avessi dovuto pagare il prezzo pieno mi sembrava un pò caro.
