  My husband and I stayed here for two nights in September and it was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip in France. The suite was large and comfortable with a separate bedroom, bathroom, and living room. There was a lovely terrace with a view of the surrounding forest where one could dine if the weather permits. Perfect combination of the old with all the modern - A genuine Loire valley castle with tower, caves and everything there is to it. The host couple, Jean-Francois and Diana, are extremely friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to keep you happy. The chateau has it’s medieval atmosphere but the guest apartment has all the modernity you can expect.   The owner is really nice and welcomes you to the Château. He also has brochures and info of all the châteaux you can visit in the area. The room was very big and had a dressing room as well. We enjoyed dinner at the château prepared by the owner. It was very classy and delicious. The service was excellent, very warm people.
