E' veramente ottimo. Molto pulito e molto professionale in tutto.Attaccato alla metro,quindi pur non essendo al centro della città è comodo per spostamenti con i bagagli (la metro arriva dentro la stazione FS). 3 stelle meritatissime. 1. Design and freshness, room equipment. The building was renovated. Everything is fresh and rooms are small, but not seems so a cause of smart design. Teapot helps save money for breakfast and supper. Towel electric heater helps to use fresh towel on the beach everyday.

The hotel was very comfortable and centrally located. The staff was great as well as the breakfast. Lovely room, very comfortable, yet on the small side, but all that was needed. My room was extremely quiet, did not hear anything at all, perhaps because I was on the top floor. Was surprised that it was so quiet because I was on the front side of the hotel on a very busy street

Great location - 3 minutes from the central train and bus station Saint Charles.
The room was tiny but clean, everything was in a very good condition. The room is equipped with a fan, aTV, a tea/coffee set including a kettle.
The reception works 24h.
Excellent value for money, would recommend Terminus Saint Charles to everyone. -

The room had everything we needed, a good size bed, a kitchen with everything to cook, and a great bathroom even with a clothe dryer. It was very clean and comfortable. Location was great if you travel in or out of the city at a late time, just across the train station, a bit far from the centre though (around 20-30 min walk). -

Everything you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Clean, friendly employees, felt very safe. We were just passing through, so the location was great as it's just across the street from the central train station, which also has the metro, so you can get to anywhere else in the city from there with a quick subway ride. -

Its location to Vieux Port - literally step out of the bldg and you are there. I was there for the Cultural year - so loved all the additional displays of "animals" and other constructions (MuCEM), Pavilion M, etc. I've been to Marseille a few times before and each visit discover something new. -

The double room with en suite was immaculately clean and it had a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff were lovely, very helpful. Internet access was free. The hotel is just across the road from the main train station (St Charles) and next door to the best patisserie in Marseilles. -

It's a great place to stay when in Marseille if you like to be able to do some of your own meals at home. It's close to the train station but with views out to the water from the upper rooms.
While it's in the city it is only a 5 - 10 minute walk downhill to Joliette from where you you can take a bus straight to the beach at L'Estaque.within 20 minutes. Very comfortable and quiet although works currently going on nearby.

Everything was really good! We got a good price via booking and didn't regret staying there. I liked everything from the hotel.There are friendly French staff and a lovely and funny Chinese lady receptionist. The hotel looks new and fresh. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was always fiilling with more food, that not happens with some hotels that sells continental breakfast.
It worth to book in advance and pay a cheap price.there is a good supermaket near and the hospital is just next door :)

The room was quite big compared to other ibis franchises.
The bathroom was well equipped.
The room was cleaned everyday (we stayed for 3 days).
Very comfortable and location was very good as it was just a 3 min walk to castallane metro. The bus 21 to calanques also started from there.

Very good hotel. It is a budget hotel and yet an excellent one. Very good facilities, interesting design, new furniture, spacious room, comfortable bed, perfectly clean bathroom, towels and sheets changed daily.
Breakfast has all its basics and is served with quality products.
Staff very friendly, and willing to help anytime.
