  You couldn't hope to find a better, nicer place than this! Le Prieure is situated on the other side of the river Dordogne in a tiny hamlet. The buildings are extensive and apart from chambres d'hôte, it offers gite accommodation. There is a small chapel, a swimming pool and beautiful peaceful gardens. There are numerous reclining chairs, tables, sun umbrellas dotted about the garden. The breakfast - The atmosphere was magic, the chapel is always open and stocked with a good cd collection, the breakfast outside on the lawn was delightful, the location is central to the Dordogne and Lot valleys, the hosts were friendly, informative and thought of everything to make you feel at home. And the dog is welcoming too!
