Staff are very friendly and helpful, Patrick and Carol, left our warm experience with this hotel. The 15-minute walk in the alleys to downtown Nice is nice, does not feel long/boring at all. La gentilezza e la sollecitudine dello staff. La camera era ben attrezzata e molto pulita. L'hotel è in una posizione centrale lungo un boulevard elegante e tranquillo. - L'hotel era bello, molto più di quanto si possa immaginare dopo aver visto la facciata esterna.
Era molto caldo, accogliente e lo staff era davvero disponibile.

Location was very good for us for the little amount of shopping we
needed to do in Nice. The Intermarche across the road for snacks and
drinks could not be better (shame they don't have chilled beer). The
closeness to the beach was also an asset after our exercise/swim in
the morning. Staff were exceedingly friendly, and parking very safe.
A/c worked very well in room 36, and nice view of beach if only a
glimpse. Bed was very comfy. Just a shame no tea making facilities in
the room but that see

The view is fantastic. There is a bus stop with -in 50 meters to Monte
carlo and with-in 20 meters to nice. Nice is 10 minutes on a #100 bus-1
Euro and Monte Carlo is 15 minutes on #100 bus -1 Euro. We chose this
place as it had free car parking and transport options and the reviews.

This hotel has a classic 1970's feel about it. Le Corbusier meets
James Bond. Although some of the furnishings are slightly tired, I
wouldn't want to change a thing! This hotel is all about the
view. Fabulous views from the room, the bar, restaurant and pool. The
staff share a laid back family run atmosphere with a twinkle in their
eye. They have a real giggle with you if you can grasp a little
French. The whole of Villefranche sur Mer has a 1970's feel about
it, and this is what makes it speci

Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent views. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Toilet was separate from the bathroom which was nice. They also offer a
laundry service at a very reasonable price, a large load for €10. Very
handy to bus stop and a number of shops including a supermarket. The
walk down to Villefranche took 15-20 minutes. Not a problem if y

Very pretty and spotless hotel, with beautiful views over the bay. We
had a quadrupal room, which I worried may be too small with two
teenagers, but there was no need to worry as the room was very spacious
and partitioned into 2 sleeping areas each with their own shower and
toilet facilities. The hotel owners and staff were very friendly and
helpful, giving maps and tips on how to get about in the best manner.
