  Cosy Monceau staff is very friendly (Especially reception). They were very helpful. They allowed us little early check-in. They were always helpful when we needed to warm the milk(twice a day) for our 1.5 year old daughter. Any other request, they would be of immediate help.   The staff is very friendly, specially the girl who's in the reception during the morning. She was very cute (as a person and physically :p). They're all willing to help you in whichever doubt you have about the city. The room, even though is not fancy, is enough for what it is used: to sleep. I don't have any complains. The zone is surrounded by supermarkets and cheap restaurants, close to a metro line - The friendly young staff that seem always ready to listen to clients.
