All of it. The hotel is enchanting with beautiful architecture and superb décor. The food is amazing. The staff absolutely wonderful and made me feel like royalty. On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Wonderful greatly designed hotel with special atmosphere. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. Service is great and professional, also consierge service. We liked that hotel being in the center is standing in a quite place. This hotel is for pleasure, relax, good mood.

small,excellent location,service, - actually this time nothing since room was not booked as requested(higher floor) out of two nights stay one complete day without hot water i am looking for compensation for the inconvinience caused since i have arrived at midnight on the first day of arrival and had to rush on the folloing day for shower before 10

Very comfortable situated. Old house on Shamps Élysées. A lot of place in the apartment, beds. We placed 5 children without problem. There is the small studio kitchen. All facilities near by is good. Loft Champs Elysees is one cool luxury apartment; nothing like I have been in before. I really loved the choice of furniture and the decorations. Its really cosy in there. The view of Champs Elysees out from the balcony is perhaps the best you could ever get of Champs Elysees!

Well everything was great the moment we did arrive to the hotel, reception room is specious clean large with touch of the french decor,bed quality and pillows are great, bath room and specious with excellent towels. restaurants also very good especially the breakfast was rich,even the price is high but is good.
