the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal as it is only 3 minutes from the Champs Elysees and close to Franklin D R metro line (line 1). Basic breakfast but frankly you don't go to this hotel for it but its location and friendliness of staff was an added bonus. I had a quiet room on the top floor. -

We arrived at the hotel at 930am and managed to get an early check-in.
The room was spacious compared to the standard you usually get in Paris.
On our last day, the staff prepared an early breakfast especially for us at 615am as we had to check out early.

The rooms were very clean, the furnishings modern and did not have the
used look. Stylish design - sort of like a scaled down version of a
"W" hotel. Bathroom is clean with decent water pressure for
showers. The staff is to be commended - very helpful - will make all the

I loved the staff! Rouben and the other staff were helpful, understanding of a foreign in their country, and filled with lots of information and suggestions. I travel throughout the world and by far this is the best staff I have encountered. Hats off to the person that put together such a great staff. This is my hotel of choice when staying in Paris. I will tell my family and friends to stay at this hotel.

Steven was very helpful and friendly. The location was good with the metro very close. There are lots of restraunts within walking distance in the region f montparnase. Not all are open at weekends, but we don't have a problem finding places to eat or buy food.

The staff were excellent with good communication and they met all our needs. The apartment was well located near a metro with supermarkets nearby. The area was very safe and the church clock which was mentioned in other reviews was not an issue at all. The nespresso coffee machine was a welcome inclusion.

Pretty room with a nice wooden beam feature from the original building, in a quiet area with a window which opens out into a splendid courtyard below. Great location! You can visit Lovre, Notre Dam by walk. And the hotel is
really close to subway and but station. The room is a little bit small
so maybe two people couldn't share.. But nice for just one person.
