We came to Paris from Turkey for our wedding. Concierge (especially Christophe) helped a lot to us. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Pont Royal for this wonderful experience. We will come there again.

The receptionist couldn't have been more efficient and helpful! Wanting to change our return rail tickets,he directed us to a local station rather than the main line terminal, saving two time and money wasting taxi rides. Knowing that one of us had become not well, he happily agreed to us delaying our checkout , allowing us to rest in the room and avoid a tediously long wait at the station. The hotel has undergone a complete refurbishment in the last year, and it shows. The room was

The bar was divinely intimate and lit for lovers like us in mind, the reception area was so beautiful and our superior room was well appointed too with grand windows covered in miles of sumptuous fabric. We loved the decor of the Regina and even though there was renovations happening, we were not at all inconvenienced by them. Our stay - The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli ) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the Eiffel Tower and Louvre, two Paris icons - what's not to love?! Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the hotel as we ate out at all times.
