  The staff were outstanding and very friendly. It was spotlessly clean, easy to find and near lots of Metro stations and walking distance to the Bastille. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed for short stays. The Independent nature of the hotel shone through in their quality of care and customer service. The staff are nice, the rooms are tiny (this is Paris after all) but very clean, newly renovated, beds are very comfortable and the showers worked perfectly. We did not have the breakfast. Great value for the price.

Ideally situated for us between gare du Lyon and gare du Bercy as we had to put classic car on Autotrain at gare du Bercy and then have overnight stop in hotel before getting tgv next morning from gare du Lyon to follow it to Nice. My wife travels in a wheelchair and the hotel was perfectly accessible - even though not designed or advertised as such.
