The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. We stayed for five days and this small boutique hotel provides an exceptionally well trained, multilingual staff that is available to really "care" for their guests 24 hours. The hotel is very charming, with excellent personnel.
