I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

We arrived Saturday night, and had us booked into room 01 - unfortunately this is for disabled and although room was good, bathroom was set up for disabled person, with no cubicle or tub! everything open! Can´t comment on Breakfast ,as we love to buy fresh bread & coffee/juice in the morning and make - Very clean, intimate rooms. Have to mention that the people make this hotel a well worth stay. Opposite the louvre. 5 minutes walk from musee d orsay Metro Station. The staff spoke very good English. Just outside the 6th arrondissement.
