I was very luck to be on the top floor with a view on the Madeleine so it was very pleasant and quiet for a busy part of Paris. Very friendly staff.
Excellent location: the hotel is in a nice area. Main attractions is in within walking distance (10-45 minutes), or you can use subway (5 lines are next to hotel).
Rooms have normal sizes for a comfortable staying.
Soundproofing (there was some trafic noise from the street, but no noise from neighbors).

The staff was so helpful. They tried to tell everything they can about the city. Breakfast costs 7 euros and was quite satisfying. The best thing about this hotel is hygiene! The location is excellent as it is so close to the city centre. The hotel service far exceeds expectation in that staff went out of their way to be helpful especially the Manager Sigolene. If you prefer, you can use English all the time. Well recommended and thank you!

Location is great. Very busy bld de Batignolles is just around the corner, Place de Clichy (and metro Clichy) is 2-3 min on foot, and the hotel is on quiet and safe street.

The hotel is exactly what it claims to be. Nothing too flashy but clean, comfortable, well priced and in a great location. The staff were all friendly and spoke good English. We were only travelling for a weekend so had small, light bags and this hotel suited us well... if travelling with larger bags I would consider other options as the elevator is very small and is not accessible from the ground floor.

Near to M3 ( Bourse station ), M8 & M9 ( Grand Boulevards Station ) to start your paris expedition. But hey who cares for the trains, you can walk around until you reach at eiffel tower. Isnt it amazing? The reception on duty were very accomodating esp the guy, i forget the name "sorry" who always has a smile whenever we ask a hot water everytime we arrive late in the evening.

I particularly liked the internal space near the lobby - small very nice patio. This hotel is very well located (not far from Gare du Nord and close to Grand Magazines). The room is very small butclean and equiped with nice antique furniture (mid 50th I guess). Staff is friendly, helpful and welcomed. I like this hotel very much
