  The staff were very nice. The hotel is extremely close to the Gare de l'Est, thus very convenient for me. The room was clean, with nice towels, soap and shampoo, the breakfast was good value. I was very satisfied. The people at the hotel were great, they did the best they could to make us feel good. We arrived at night one evening and since we were with a 2year old, they let us use the breakfast room and the microwave , so I think that for the money we spend it is more than fair, also breakfast included, also a good point.
