I particularly liked the internal space near the lobby - small very nice patio. This hotel is very well located (not far from Gare du Nord and close to Grand Magazines). The room is very small butclean and equiped with nice antique furniture (mid 50th I guess). Staff is friendly, helpful and welcomed. I like this hotel very much

What I like about the hotel is, easy access to the train station and
a bus to the city and to all tourists destinations in Paris. The
staff are very friendly and kind and I believed they are the owner of
the hotel (family business) my sister and I are the guest at the
hotel and suddenly my cousin decide to join us where we stayed. So, I

Hotel Delarc is located very centrally for tourist destinations around Paris. This means most things to eat close to the hotel are a little pricey. Metro is very close so its easy to travel around the city.

Location, Location, Location which is around 10-15 steps to Champs-
élysées... Staff team were really excellent... They speak Arabic,
English, Italian and ogher languages. The Room was clean and economical.
Breakfast was ok. I recommend this hotel for smart stying. They offered
my late check out untill 3:00 pm!!! Which is excellent. Free wifi... For
sure I will come again and again

I loved this little hotel! It is in a fantastic convenient location. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was extremely accommodating. It will be my hotel of choice next time I'm in Paris (in fact, I almost hesitate to give it such a good review in fear that I will find it booked when I'm next looking to go!). The area this hotel is in excellent, and close to the metro (1 minute away). The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, the furnishings were older but the beds were in good condition and clean. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower. The water pressure was good. The free use of computer in the lobby
