Nice, quiet residential area, but a little far removed from the main tourist areas (nearest, @ 1 mile walk to the Eiffel Tower). Places to eat nearby, small groceries near as well. I think as you get older you appreciate the accommodations more than when you are younger...wow did i just write that?
