  This hotel is a sweet gem hidden in the Passy area of Paris. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was so charming and comfortable. We loved the quiet nature of the neighborhood and the convenience to the metro stops.   The location is the best, you can walk to the Eiffel Tower with young kids (i had three kids age 3.5Years, 2Years, and 10Month) in around 10 min. to 15 min. The staff is very very cooperative spically the manager. The metro station just cross the road, you can easly use it although i used it only for Disney Land tour.   We stayed in the hotel Valadon, it was very narrow but funcionate. The reception was in an other hotel just across the street but we did not mind. When we arrived in the evning, the portier a young man was very helpfull and serviceminded. The room we stayed in had window towards a back yard and was clean and quiet. For the price, money well spent sinc - Position was great, right next to Rue Cler which had fabulous place for breakfast especially Cafe Central. Ten minute walk to Eiffel Tower and 2 mins to Metro station. Also a laundromat at the top of the street. We had the 2 bedroom family cottage. Our three kids could sleep upstairs and we had the privacy of downstairs. Everyone had plenty of room. Toiletries were abundant.   The hotel was amazing old French style! Very nice! Small, but fit its purpouse! The best part of it thoug is its closeness to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triumph!
