We reserved a 2 single bed deluxe room, Eiffel Tower view, and specially requested an awesome view. If you don't ask - The location was excellent and the staff in reception very helpful and friendly. The room was a great size, especially for Paris, with a large balcony and amazing view of the Eiffel tower. It was a little dated but no where near as bad as the reviews on trip adviser say it is. It was slightly annoying that we were woken at 9am each day, by a drill being used upstairs and had not hot water on one day - but to be fair we knew all of this in advance so did not complain.   The location is the best, you can walk to the Eiffel Tower with young kids (i had three kids age 3.5Years, 2Years, and 10Month) in around 10 min. to 15 min. The staff is very very cooperative spically the manager. The metro station just cross the road, you can easly use it although i used it only for Disney Land tour.
