The location is perfect and the hotel is very romantic. We came to Paris from Turkey for our wedding. Concierge (especially Christophe) helped a lot to us. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Pont Royal for this wonderful experience. We will come there again.

The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

The hotel is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. Also the small feel of the hotel makes it feel so private and is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic. staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great
service. The greeting on the door was friendly. The room was perfect and
spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left
fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs
at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast
with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a
wonderful stay
