  Zora, the Manager, was incredible and went above and beyond her duty. The trip would not nearly have been as great without her. The accommodation was also very affordable given how expensive the area is, and had everything one would require for a ski trip (heat, good shower, breakfast included) - All the Staff spoke some English and were helpful ... cosa dice la gente » and accommodating where they could be The water was really hot - much appreciated Great convenient location with underground larking available.
