Everything was well. We didn't take a breakfast, so I can say nothing about it, but there is a supermarket, cafe and patisserie in three minutes on foots so you will never be hungry. It was very close to the metro station and in the meantime it was in a quiet friendly street and neighborhood. Staff was quite friendly, breakfast was good and we enjoyed our time there. As we were visiting Paris as tourists for 3 days, we needed a quite, friendly place to rest in the nights with good breakfast served, but also close to the city - and we got what we searched for. We were very pleased.

Location was fantastic- a few blocks from the Pernety and Plaissance metro stations. Easy to get from there to Montparnasse, Invalidades and other metro/RER stations to get all over Paris. Excellent staff, young, kind and eager to help. Beautiful, modern design. WiFi everywhere in the hotel was very helpful.Great location, a minute walk from the metro station Pernetty. Nice neighbourhood with a lot of bakeries and a couple of very nice restaurant solutions that were much less expensive than the ones in the center. Overall a great choice! We will definately stay there again our next time in Paris.

The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is located 8 minutes from the metro and a total of 20 min to downtown. Staff is very polite. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes away. For the price that we gave were extremely satisfied. I recommend!

Hotel du Home Moderne is an excellent value, clean and comfortable with modern amenities. We were particularly impressed with the staff. Guillume and Jennifer, who manned the front desk, were outstanding. They always went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. At the buffet breakfast, Lore managed the breakfast room with efficiency and good humor. We also enjoyed the non-touristy neighborhood, which has lots of little shops and cafes and is conveniently located near transportation.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, rooms smelled very fresh. Breakfast was excellent and a great value. Parking was easy, free. WIFI in our room, free to guests. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay there again. It is a budget hotel, and I didn't expect more than what I saw, especially based on the reviews I read before. The location is great, it is close to Montparnasse and is not too far from two metro stations. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Excelent value for the money.
