Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. We were able to keep our bags locked at reception after check in. Carcassonne is a great little town enjoyed walking around everything is close by and restaurants all have free wifi hotel also gave free wifi. bus for 1 euroor the petite train for 3 euros to take one to the castle.
Bnp ( Bank of america bank about 3 or 4 blocks away). The hotel is 1
block from the train station right across the canal and my room was
nicely quiet.

We can take bath and shower in the room which is very comfortable as we feel tired after whole day trip.
