For my business trip, the location was perfect: close enough to the University of Bordeaux II Segalen. It was very easy to get there from the train station by the two trams (C and A) which goes through the old city. The tram stop is very close to the hotel.
The free breakfast was very good and the staff friendly.
The bedroom and bathroom were OK.

Overall we really liked our stay here. It's a very simple hotel, but has modern design, is well-maintained and everyone is friendly. Breakfast was great, very complete. The location is quite good, it's in a calm part of the town (at least in August) and within walking distance to the center. The car park was also very convenient and reasonably priced. Having free gummies and water in our room, plus croissants and coffee, was a nice touch!

the staff were very helpful for ordering us taxis and keeping our luggage they could not do enough for our group -
Ideal for our night over. The room was quite small but not complaining for the price. Good value.

Room and bathroom was clean. The location couldn't be more central. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Accessible 24/7 and the reception was always manned. And the best steak restaurant (L'entrecote) was only 3 minutes walk away. -

I.Good location:
1) the hotel is very close to the rail station St.Jean, so you don`t have to carry a heavy suitcase and take any taxi (2 minutes on foot and you`re in the hotel)
2) Close to the city centre (7-10 minutes by tram or 30-40 minutes walk along a very nice river La Garonne)
3) Close to the supermarket Carrefour and different cafes

Good location in walking distance to Gare Saint Jean and Tram line c
that takes you to the city center in 5 minutes. Clean room, friendly
staff and good breakfast for a French hotel. Refilled throughout the
breakfast time between 6am to 10am so you won't get only the rests
when you stay up later.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They tried to help in every way possible...They even printed my boarding pass for the airport. The internet worked well except at very peak hours.
