Very nice place. Doesn't have an elevator, but they help you up with the luggage, you won't even have to ask. Breakfast is served in a very nice room with fresh fruit and pastries, yoghurt, juice, hot drinks.
Underground parking is nearby, but you can drive into the street where the house is located to unload the luggage. -

The staff were highly attentive, especially Fernando, who I believe was the manager. He made us feel very special given it was a birthday trip. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walking distance to the shops and Pope's palace. The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

1-E' molto tranquillo: non si percepisce il traffico delle principali strade vicine. 2- si può parcheggiare la macchina nei pressi della propria camera. 3- è a 5 minuti sia dal centro della città che dall'autostrada. 4- ci sono dei supermercati vicini a cui si può fare riferimento per acquisti di prima necessità. - kindness of the staff

The apartment was unique and charming and the hostess delightful. She spent so much time with me giving me travel tips, it made my trip so much more interesting. - Host is charming helpful and friendly. A lovely space to relax in. Most places of interest are within easy walking distance.
Highly recommended.

Hotel was fairly easy to find and reception staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Internet worked well and private parking was appreciated. We would probably stay here again. -

for groceries and meals. If you want service (we didn't) then
don't stay here. If you want a comfortable, clean, simple, base for
exploring Avignon and its environs for a few days it's secure,
convenient and good value.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was close to everything and Michael at the front desk was extremely helpful. If you don't like Michael, you probably don't like people. He was great for info and anything we needed. We always enjoyed our interactions with him. Room was spacious, a bit dated, but the building itself is very fitting for the town. Not 5 star, but a very nice place. Loved the location. Room was clean, just needs an update is all. I would stay here again.

The owner, Mairie, was wonderful - came out to lead our car in after we
had gotten hopelessly lost in Avignon's narrow, confusing streets.
She was helpful in countless ways and was a gracious host. Our
breakfasts were more than we expected: the usual coffee, juice and
croissants, and cheeses, figs from her garden, jams and yogurt. We'd
head back again in an instant!
