  I liked the hotel and I like Best Western chain in general. Reception is open 24/7 (which is not a must in Finland at all), breakfast is good, the room was big enough and comfy enough, wi-fi was functioning. Closer to 4 stars I'd say. The hotel offers spa, healthy food both for breakfast and at the restaurant, splendid interior design. The staff is responsible and polite. It takes you 20 minutes by bus to the centre.   I came to this lovely hotel to relax for a couple of days and my intention was a success due to the peaceful natural setting, excellent facilities and wonderful aqua park. The hotel is situated by the beautiful lake almost in the forest. The room rate is inclusive of rich breakfast, as well as aqua park in the morning and during the day. Breakfast was varied. Beautiful nature around the hotel.

  The staff were excellent, as were the buffets and dinners, the lounge is very comfortable and cozy and the grounds are wonderful. Beautiful setting and the nearby castles were a joy to eperience. - The view. And the breakfast was ok.
