  I liked the hotel and I like Best Western chain in general. Reception is open 24/7 (which is not a must in Finland at all), breakfast is good, the room was big enough and comfy enough, wi-fi was functioning. Closer to 4 stars I'd say. They wrote that parking has to be paid extra in the description, but it's free on weekends. Payment required Mo-Fr... what people say » until 6 pm only. We parked for free right next to the entrance for free over the weekend. - I have been staying at this hotel for several years and enjoyed it. The hotel offers spa, healthy food both for breakfast and at the restaurant, splendid interior design. The staff is responsible and polite. It takes you 20 minutes by bus to the centre.   I came to this lovely hotel to relax for a couple of days and my intention was a success due to the peaceful natural setting, excellent facilities and wonderful aqua park. The hotel is situated by the beautiful lake almost in the forest. The room rate is inclusive of rich breakfast, as well as aqua park in the morning and during the day. Bathrobes... what people say » and a hair-dryer are provided in the room. - I rested with year old baby for 2 nights. Great place to relax, unwind and forget about the problem that occurs daily. Stayed at the hotel on a business day, so that people in the spa was not much. The baby has received a great pleasure. Lived in the economy room, it was renovated, everything is new and clean. Breakfast was varied. Beautiful nature around the hotel.

  The staff were excellent, as were the buffets and dinners, the lounge is very comfortable and cozy and the grounds are wonderful. Beautiful setting and the nearby castles were a joy to eperience. - The view. And the breakfast was ok.
