  Our request for higher floors was fulfilled and we got upgraded to a room with sauna. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. We will stay there again if we have a chance to visit Kuopio again. - very good beds, very kind girl at reception, walked with us outside to show proper place for parking.

  The meals were just great, they have really good cooks! The sauna and pools are really good and clean. The whole personal is nice, and always ready to serve, the most of them speak perfect English.   We were there for the Orienteering World Championships, it proved a good base. Enjoyed the pool but had not time for sauna - quiet place not too far from the centre of Kajaani. Friendly personnel. Excellent breakfast.
