  The boss is very friendly, and location is great. I love the bed, very comfortable. I really had 2 nights great sleep. And this hotel is like family-run. The breakfast is homemade.   Mr. Juhl's flat was within walking distance to the Metro station, and to the center of CPH. His place was comfortable and quiet. We slept well at night. He would bring our continental breakfast to our room at 9AM (which turns out to be the best time). Loved his bath and shower: spacious, with heated floor. But then again, I think we were good, clean guests ourselves! And tha - Wonderful stay at the b&b, we got a room on Esben's house. The room was provided with 2 single beds (be aware of this) and a very nice table with chairs used for breakfast. Room was very clean.There was also a nice balcony where you can have breakfast in summer. The b&b is located in a wonderful and quite location, very close to the center (10 minutes by walk) and all the attraction (Carlsborg Palace etc...). Esben was always very kind and available to suggest places to visit or for lun
