  I liked the way the staff was available 24 hours and were extremely polite and very helpful. The location is pretty good as its near many bus stands and the metro station - The staff were really wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice too.

  Probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. Superbly comfy bed, lovely room layout, fully-opening windows. Wonderful breakfasts - they even produced home-baked gluten-free bread at no notice. The hotel is not very close to city center but bus stop is only 2 min away and metro stop is about 10 min away and there are available connections to any part of the city.   The boss is very friendly, and location is great. I love the bed, very comfortable. I really had 2 nights great sleep. And this hotel is like family-run. The breakfast is homemade.   Great location. Fair price. Friendly staff. If you're looking for the same services as a hotel/motel this is not it! There is no daily servicing of your room. If you want fresh towels, linen or toilet paper you need to go to reception and ask. There is no TV/coffee/tea in the rm. It is a 5 min walk to Kings Square Metro station which is on same line as - Excellant... Couldn't fault for quality with budget and friendliness taken into account! This is basically a very cool & trendy place right in the heart of beautiful Copenhagen. My only regret was sleeping in on the one day I'd promised to go on the city walk lead by Aurora...
