Beautiful rooms, very nice bathrooms. Everything looks exactly like in the photos. The hotel is new, clean, rooms are tastefully decorated. The staff is extremely freindly and helpful. The hotel has a large garage, so you can leave your car and take a taxi to the center (about € 7,-). Breakfast is absolutely sufficient - fresh rolls, croissants, spreads, coffee and juice. We had a very nice time. -
The owner and staff of this hotel, were incredibly helpful and friendly. My husband was ill on arrival and they arranged for him to see the doctor at the clinic, ordered a pizza for supper as we got in late and could not have been more welcoming. The rooms are superbly appointed and very comfortable beds. A bar downstairs was convenient and a lovely breakfast on the outside terrace most enjoyable.

Excellent localization, very close to the Diocletian Palace (and beautiful old town). Clean, modern and well equipped apartment. Very nice owner. Take into account though you need to pay for your stay upfront. Definitely recommended, both the city and the apartment! -

My stay at Palace Suites was truly fabulous. I wanted to be in Diocletian Palace so I knew not to expect a big chain style hotel. This boutique property was delightful- the staff went out of their way to be helpful, my suite was beautiful-by far the largest Suite I have stayed in during my European travels. The apartment is located in the perfect location, steps away from the National Theatre and the Diocletian palace, a five minute walk to the promenade along the sea (the "riva"), and close to many restaurants, shopping and beaches, as well as public transportation. We only stayed in this apartment one night, with a very last-minute (same day) booking, but were really impressed with the place. All the lighting, fittings and decoration are beautiful, the bed was comfy, and we enjoyed the complementary fruit and coffee. If you prefer self-catering this is much, much nicer than an equivalent hotel for the price.

The owner was extremely helpful, very friendly and warm. He was very kind to organise the taxi transfer from Split airport and let us leave our suitcases in the apartment before the actual check in time. We arrived late in the evening with a little toddler and had to organise something to eat. Pave showed us where the nearest supermarket is and where we could get a take away. He made us feel very welcome.
