  Our stay at Riva Suites was wonderful - right on the Riva but with the double glazing, you would never have known! The suite was beautifully appointed and immaculate, the air conditioning perfect. So easy to walk out the door and choose a bar or restaurant or just wander - Riva Suites were perfect. In the hub of all Split has to offer, as well as being a few minutes walk to ferry and bus terminals. The terrace overlooking the harbour was fabulous. Josko the host left a fridge full of water, milk, yogurts, etc as well as tea bags & coffee. We were so impressed by this place- it is very modern, comfortable and large with TV, WIFI, DVD player, espresso machine, iPod docking station- everything you could need! TV with lots of English channels including sports.. air conditioning at no extra cost.. located down a secluded path, right in the centre of town, short walk to beach.. You couldn't be in a better place for location - and the bed might be the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Also the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.

  Dosud House is the definition of right in the heart of it. Being inside the palace is quite cool and the location offers extremely easy access to all of the city center sights. The studio is not overly spacious but was very well set up and worked well for a couple of days. Everything had a nice organized and modern feel. The bathroom was great... cosa dice la gente » . Room for 2 people to be getting ready in the space and also a nice modern spacious shower. As others have mentioned the activity from the bars dow - Great central location, literally a minute or two's walk from the waterfront, Peristil and Cathedral. Lidia was a great host and showed us everything we needed and left me to it. The complimentary bowl of almonds and figs made for a great snack throughout my stay. Bars/cafes literally right at your doorstep for breakfast/lunch. Really clean and recently decorated inside with stylish chairs, brand new bathroom and really comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.
