Anita is perfectly located; less than 10-minute walk from the old town of Rovinj (Grisia Street), but far enough not to experience the noisy old town, and 10 minute walk from the beach. There is a Konzum grocery store nearby, two good restaurants, and a quaint little park next to the house. Our studio was meticulously clean, tastefully/modernly furnished, and the bathroom was spacious and contemporary. The kitchenette - The host Igor was very friendly and helpful and gave us a bottom floor apartment as requested which was much appreciated. The apartment had everything you could think of and was very clean and tidy. The bed was nice and comfortable and we had a nice deck to relax on. Igor helped us with some itineraries for our days in Rovinj/Istria. We loved our little tour around all the hilltop towns. We were sad to leave and could have spent a lot longer there!

  Perfect apartments in a residential area in Rovinj. Only 10 minute walk to the old town and a short drive (or a bit longer walk) to the beaches. Apartments are spacious, clean and the owner is really friendly. Loved this place.
