  Beautiful, very spacious and clean apartment. Well stocked, with nice terrace seating. Owners are extremely nice and helpful (even did our laundry for us!). Location -- with bikes or car is great; easy and fun bike ride to town and beaches. Also supermarket within a few blocks. - Everything was perfect, we enjoyed a wonderful holiday!

  This was the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff was amazing and the hotel itself was beautiful. It is built into the side of a hill overlooking a beautiful bay at the edge of Rovinj. Our room was amazing, with a balcony that overlooked the bay and the sunset. The bathroom was bigger than our bedroom at home! Anita is perfectly located; less than 10-minute walk from the old town of Rovinj (Grisia Street), but far enough not to experience the noisy old town, and 10 minute walk from the beach. There is a Konzum grocery store nearby, two good restaurants, and a quaint little park next to the house. Our studio was meticulously clean, tastefully/modernly furnished, and the bathroom was spacious and contemporary. The kitchenette - The host Igor was very friendly and helpful and gave us a bottom floor apartment as requested which was much appreciated. The apartment had everything you could think of and was very clean and tidy. The bed was nice and comfortable and we had a nice deck to relax on. Igor helped us with some itineraries for our days in Rovinj/Istria. We loved our little tour around all the hilltop towns. We were sad to leave and could have spent a lot longer there!

This hotel has our highest possible recommendation. - To put it in one word: amazing. Very attentive and kind staff - helpful but at the same time discreet. Rooms are large and luxurious with all the possible "smart" functions. Restaurant is excellent both for fish and meat (amazing beef carpaccio with fresh truffles). Small, cosy spa area with everything you might need for a couple - it costs extra but it is well worth of the small extra charge. Istria at its best. Highly recommended.
