  The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning...with the sun and the view).   This was the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff was amazing and the hotel itself was beautiful. It is built into the side of a hill overlooking a beautiful bay at the edge of Rovinj.   Best hotel during our 2 week stay in croatia. The owner, stefania, is super detailed conscious and does everything perfectly. She has so much pride in her place. The views are just stunning (green, mountains, pool, and sea). It's an old farmhouse converted into a palace in the middle of nature, but 20 minutes gorgeous drive to cities and beach. Small, cosy spa area with everything you might need for a couple - it costs extra but it is well worth of the small extra charge. Istria at its best. Highly recommended.
